Snow/Ice Storm Jan 2009

So we had another big winter storm this year. We didn't get as much snow as we did last year but we got a lot of ice this year that caused many power outtages (some may still be without power and it's been 3 weeks). And because the temps stayed cold, it took until this past weekend (2 weeks later) for things to really melt away. We missed 4 days of school as a result (up to 9 days missed counting the 5 from IKE). If they don't give us any waivers for the school days, we're looking at June 9th as our last day. YUCK!
